A development
group has hired Mr. Crace to develop a land plan for Champion Hill--an
exciting new multi-use development. The sustainable design of the
land plan includes an 18-hole championship golf course, sixteen
youth baseball/softball fields, 196 home sites of varying
sizes, and Champion Hill Town Square with retail and office space. |

synopsis |
The City of Magee,
Mississippi has one of the best ball field complexes for a city of its
size in the Magnolia State and recent increases in children registering
for baseball and softball signaled a need to expand. In the next
phase, four fast pitch softball fields, one 13-15 yr old boys baseball
field and one multi-purpose soccer/football filed. Open for play
in 2010. |

When the largest
community college in Mississippi needed to renovate their baseball
field and intramural fields and build a new soccer practice field,
they turned to the planning division of Watermark Golf/Nathan Crace
Design. The new fields (including new irrigation) were
ready for play in Fall 2007. |

planning division was retained by a private firm in 2007 to assist
with the design of three new high school football fields in Alabama,
using the latest in industry construction design to provide for
drainage, excellent turf, and the safety of the players. |

The planning division of Watermark has been retained to
assist with the landplanning and marketing of a new upscale residential
development in historic Mendenhall, Mississippi--just 30 minutes south
of Jackson. With design studies ongoing, the end result will be
stately wooded home sites on rolling hills intermingled with large
tranquil lakes. |

synopsis | The State of Mississippi retained the planning division of Watermark
Golf/Nathan Crace Design to revitalize key elements throughout the campus of the Boswell
Regional Center--a historic landmark that was originally a sanatorium for tuberculosis
patients near the turn of the century. Several phases of the project are currently
on-going. |

One of the reasons for transforming the existing nine
holes into eight holes at Brookhaven was to free up space to create 16
home sites fronting the new 11th hole while creating more room between
the existing holes during the creation of an 18-hole course. |
