the reins at The Refuge, an upscale daily fee golf course in Flowood, Mississippi--a fast
growing suburb of Jackson. The course has long been known for its excellent golf

Members of the Paradigm Golf Management
staff hosted a free golf clinic for junior girls in conjunction with the USGA/LPGA Mary
Ann Edge Junior Girls Golf Club of Mississippi. A number of area golf professional
and collegiate golfers pitched in to help these young girls learn the game of golf in a
number of stations ranging from putting, shipping, and etiquette to driving and iron play.

another successful Cingular Wireless Junior Golf Day on Monday, June 2, 2003. Each
year, four facilities in the Greater Jackson area host this annual event, attended this
year by some 1,100 juniors who were introduced to the game by area golf professionals at
no cost to the children. In fact, 284 juniors participated at The Refuge alone! |

Paradigm Golf Management's Nathan Crace,
was one of a number of sponsors on-hand at Jackson's WLBT-TV (NBC) to help with the annual
St. Jude Dream Home telethon benefiting St. Jude's Research Hospital of Memphis.
Paradigm gave away a year of free golf at The Refuge to one of the more than 6,000 caring
individuals who donated $100 each for a ticket on a chance to win a $220,000 dream
home. This year's telethon raised almost $700,000 for the hospital, which provides
free care to childhood cancer patients! |

Paradigm Golf Management announced today
that it has entered into a new contract with the City of Flowood (Mississippi) to continue
operating The Refuge, an upscale daily fee course located in the City. Paradigm
assumed operations of the facility in December of 2002, but the new contract extend that
arrangement as far as the Fall of 2005. |

Paradigm Golf Management's Nathan Crace,
spent today participating as a guest lecturer at his alma mater, Mississippi State
University. Crace, who also serves as the lead architect at Watermark
Golf, LLC (a sister company of Paradigm), spent almost two hours discussing golf
course design theory, his design philosophy, and answering questions from a packed house
of professional golf management, agronomy, and landscape architecture students. He
will follow up with another campus visit in November to evaluate the progress of the
students' ongoing design projects. |

Home Telethon, which helped to raise money for the St. Jude Children's Hospital in

Lodes had been a golf professional at Oakbourne CC in Lafayette,

the position at The Refuge. |

year in a row, Paradigm Golf
Management, LLC participated in the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, benefiting
the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis,
Tennessee. This year's event set a new record for donations
with generous viewers pledging nearly one million dollars to the
hospital! Grady Lodes, former head golf professional at The Refuge,
was on hand to draw the winner for the annual pass donated by
Watermark--a $1,200 value.

Management, LLC has been retained by the "Best New Affordable
Public Course in America for 2004" as rated by Golf Digest
for marketing consulting services. Copper Mill Golf Club's
(located just north of Baton Rouge, Louisiana) General Manager,
Mark Simoneaux, says the club will utilize Paradigm's services for
promoting the facility's new award as well as as creation and
long-term marketing and promotions strategies.

Real Estate" publication. Crittenden asked four
industry leaders their opinion regarding how golf instructional
programs help to increase the prestige and bottom line of their
facilities. Watermark Principal, Nathan Crace, was quoted in
Crittenden's "Ask the Experts" section of the
publication with his response.

Watermark Golf
Management announced today the hiring of Randy Tupper as Director
of Events and Instruction. A native of Arkansas, Tupper
comes to Watermark from Clear Creek Golf Club in Vicksburg,
Mississippi, where he served as the Director of Golf for 14
years. In 1999, Tupper was awarded the coveted PGA Gulf
States Section's Teacher of the Year honor. In
2004, Paradigm's sister company Watermark Golf, LLC/Nathan Crace
Design renovated Clear Creek Golf Club's front nine holes and
Randy was so impressed with the company's work that he took
advantage of the opportunity to join the Watermark
team in the late
spring of 2005 as the head golf professional at The Refuge in
Flowood, Mississippi.

Watermark Golf
Management announced today that it will be undergoing a name
change effective January 1, 2006. The name change is the end
result of an ongoing plan to combine the assets of Watermark Golf
Management with its sister company, Watermark Golf/Nathan Crace
Design. Paradigm's new name will be Watermark Golf
Management, LLC and the legal and ownership structure of the
company will remain unchanged, as will management and key
personnel. Work is currently underway to make changes to the
web site, marketing materials, and other facets of Watermark that
will require the name change.

The Refuge in Flowood. With the term of the contract, options,
and renewals, Watermark and the City have extended their winning
relationship for up to an additional seven years.

operation in 2008 and
