Watermark Golf Management, LLC (formerly Paradigm Golf Management, LLC) is a forward-thinking and unique professional club management company focused on customer service, unique marketing techniques, and agronomic excellence.  We do not desire to manage more courses than any other company and we do not want to be the biggest management company.  Rather, we prefer to focus on public and semi-private facilities which meet the criteria we desire to meet our company policies and mission statement. 

Our Owner, Principal, Staff and Advisory Board have over a century of experience in the golf industry, marketing, communications, finance, and strategic planning.  Nearly as important as our diverse backgrounds is our team's experience with marketing successful golf properties and providing outstanding customer service and golf course conditioning.
